…I am a serious Jil Sander fan. A first glance her pieces look simple and basic, which they are, but a closer look reveals the truth. These are some of the best made pieces of clothing I’ve ever seen. The construction is almost architectural; with seaming and shaping that flatters the female body beautifully. I just got a new black Jil Sander skirt from YOOX and I cannot stop wearing it. It’s the nicest black skirt I’ve ever owned.
