I read a very interesting article on Yahoo Health today. Their resident skin guru, Dr. Leslie Baumann MD says that one of the biggest skincare mistakes that most women make is not using a retinoid.
Guilty! I don’t use one. Not that I know of. Retinol is a form of vitamin A and is the only topical ingredient proven to minimize and prevent lines and wrinkles. Dr. Baumann suggests that all women ‘of a certain age’ use a retinoid regularly. When it comes to over the counter products, she suggests SkinCeuticals Retinol 1.0 . If you want something stronger, you need to see a dermatologist for a higher-concentration prescription retinoid (like Retin-A, Differin, or Tazorac, for example).

One of my favorite parts about going to get my hair colored is having an hour or so to catch up on all the critical news. People. US. In Touch. The really important stuff. I was recently lucky enough to be the recipient of a FREE starter regime of SkinCeuticals
