A rocking chair, of course. Sherry and I got one for Helaine when Little Guy was born and she could possibly have been more thrilled. She’s still using it to rock Tiny Guy to sleep. Sometimes Little Guy likes to sit in it and hold his baby brother. A rocking chair is a great ‘group’ gift for a colleague or friend who’s expecting. It’s so much nicer to go in together on one really nice gift, something substantial that she’ll really appreciate and remember.

While I love a bargain as much as anyone, I really hate knock offs. ICK! What could be worse than a COPY of something? I appreciate authenticity in all things. While we all like really good stuff, for me it is not all about the label. At least not always. I am much more interested in items of quality that will serve me well for years to come. I was so thrilled when I found this great handbag designer.
Check it out. The prices are phenomenal and the bags are of superior quality and design. The shapes are new, hip and fashion forward. Beck and I have been eying the larger totes and messenger bags as new baby gifts. We think they would make great diaper bag alternatives.
