It’s crazy how certain movies work their way into the fabric of our everyday lives. I was having dinner with friends recently and at one point in the conversation, Stacey asked the group ‘what was it that Yoda said?’. We all answered in unison ‘do or do not. there is no try.’ Wisdom often comes from unusual sources.
And so does fun, by the way. At their wedding last fall, Michael and Julia posed for pictures while dueling with Star Wars light sabers. It was really cute and the pictures turned out great. For the right people, light sabers could be a terrific gift. It’s just silly enough without being tasteless (to the right people) and certainly memorable.

The only time I ever brought DVD’s with me on a vacation, the disks ”mysteriously” disappeared from my checked baggage. That will never happen with downloadable movies.
