October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and once again Fannie May is joining the fight for a cure. They will donate 10% of proceeds when an item from their limited edition Pink Collection is purchased. The Fannie May Pink Collection includes meltaways, pixies and lots of old time favorites.
Funds will be donated to the Cancer Wellness Center, Jennifer S. Fallick Cancer Support Center, Wellness House, Wellness Place and Gilda’s Club Chicago. These charitable organizations provide free support and education to those affected by cancer. Last year, Fannie May, with the help of a matching grant from The Coleman Foundation, was able to donate $85,000. Help them to exceed that donation this year, and meet their goal in raising $100,000 for this important cause. The Pink Collection is available until 10/31/2007.
