And plastic silverware, too! Yes, they are convenient, especially if you’re entertaining a big crowd. But it’s just not as nice. When I have the whole clan at my house, I want a beautiful table. It’s not a picnic. It’s a family celebration. That’s why I have enough dishes and cutlery to serve an army. And I didn’t spend an arm and a leg either. I shop at restaurant supply outlets and I’m convinced that in the long run I will have spent less than I would have were I to continue to use paper and plastic.

Here’s a grea idea for anyone who loves sushi. Make it yourself. It’s fun and relatively easy. Don’t cook. It’s as simple as that. And you can do much better than ordering pizza! You can have elegant, handmade, chef created appetizers delivered directly to you. Simply heat and serve and impress your guests.
