This is the age of the cupcake! Gourmet cupcakes are everywhere. And for good reason. One of the things that drives me crazy is having to pay for shipping when I’m sending a very small gift. I’m not talking about something small in size - I’m talking about something inexpensive. Particularly something inexpensive, rather bulky and perishable. It’s not that I’m cheap (I’m just savvy) - it’s more about the absurdity of spending $12 on shipping to send someone a $25 box of chocolates as a small thank you or birthday gift. It’s just irritating. And I know I’m not alone in this. It’s very irritating.
