Wondering who was recently rated the best overall value for flowers by the Wall Street Journal. You won’t be surprised. I wasn’t.
It was ProFlowers.com. Like I said, no big surprise. They deliver fresh, fresh, fresh flowers for some of the best prices around. I’m a big fan of their bulk bouquets, but I must admit that their arrangements and potted plants are pretty spectacular, too.
